By choosing not to be regulated for investment business Professional Mortgage Services are able to work together with IFAs, Accountants and Solicitors without any conflicts of interest. With the onerous compliance burden and time consuming administration requirements, many firms are choosing not to be "Authorised for Mortgages" and outsource their mortgage enquiries.

We at Professional Mortgage Services feel we can "add benefit" by enabling such firms to protect their client base by offering an all round service and still receive financial services commissions from any associated life business.

We will always provide our advice in the form of a report which is produced free and without obligation, (copied to the Introducer) set against a backdrop of informed interest rate commentary. We have a growing list of professional introducer firms with some blue chip companies including some of the leading IFAs and Accountants in the country.
